General Meeting

The club’s next General Meeting is on Monday, May 15th at Prohibition River – 82 Main Street, Nyack, NY (Next to Starbucks). We will be on the second floor.

Guest Speaker

Mitchell Milch is a licensed clinical social worker. In his youth he ran The NYC Marathon in 2:55 and 5K in 17:52. As recent as a few months short of his 49th birthday in 2003 he ran 18:55 for 5K.

Since his fondly recalled days as a member of The Rockland Road Runners from 2000-2002 Mitchell has worked to develop habits of success to support help him achieve the items in his bucket list. The linchpin for his success regimen has been High Intensity Interval Training. Mitchell’s original bucket list created in 2005 was to achieve the following: Write a memoir, find enduring success in love, and earn his 6 year certification as a psychoanalyst. In addition to achieving all these goals he also released his first pop album of original songs.

He will join us to discuss his keys to success on and off the roads, all of which are discussed at length in his memoir. Copies are available for sale at the conclusion of the talk.

Meeting starts 7:00pm at Prohibition River, come join us!

As always, there will be free food, beer and soda for members!
