General Meeting

The club’s next General Meeting is on Monday, June 11th at Prohibition River – 82 Main Street, Nyack, NY (Next to Starbucks). We will be on the second floor.

We are excited to host Lisa Jankun, a Level 3 Fascial Stretch Specialist at our next meeting. She has experience helping athletes find their way back from injury to pain-free running. Lisa will give us a stretching demo and share information about common aches, pains, and injuries runners experience and how some simple adjustments can make all the difference. From plantar fasciitis, to IT band issues and knee pain, Lisa works to help find the source of the imbalance and get you back on the road! You can find out more about Lisa and fascial stretching at: https://www.ineedastretch.com.

We are also very much looking forward to presenting checks to Meals on Wheels and United Hospice of Rockland. We are so proud to support the community through these events!

Meeting starts 7:00pm at Prohibition River, come join us!

As always, there will be free food, beer and soda for members!
