Our monthly group run at Rockland Lake continues in 2024. We meet at Parking Field #6 (colloquially known as the “Fishing Station”). That’s where runners from around the county typically gather, so it’s a great opportunity to meet potential training partners. Typically, we run one or two loops of the inner path, clockwise around the lake. That’s 3 miles for each loop. You can run more if you like or incorporate this into your long run. All paces are welcome, and we will leave no one behind.
