The center has offered several athletic groups in the area, including RRR, discounts on their services. They specialize in the recovery aspect of training, helping athletes reduce injury and optimize performance through bodywork, contrast therapy and nutrition. Recovery is a large component to any athlete’s training and owner Dan Daly says he would love to see another local running club utilizing the center. As an Ironman triathlete, he knows firsthand the needs and challenges of runners. His center has an organic juice bar, compression and contrast therapy stations and sports-specific therapists to help
athletes of all sports.
