The Rockland ladies were out in force this weekend as we saw two great wins in NYC area races.
Tunnel to Towers 5k
The 11th annual Tunnel to Towers 5k saw Caitrin Demchko take home her third consecutive win. Caitrin was able to shave 7 seconds off of her 2012 time and claim a 10th place overall spot out of 30,000+ runners.
Yonkers Half Marathon
Meanwhile in Yonkers, Kim Chalfin came away with a victory at the Yonkers Half Marathon. With an official time of 1:32:10 Kim won with a 60+ second gap between her and the second place female finisher.
