The Athlete Recovery Center in Piermont is offering a 7 week beginners training program for all runners to get ready for the Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot!     Hello, I am interested in a beginners running program. I clicked on the link for the for the “couch to finish line training program” but it was inactive. Would you be able to send me more information please? Also, any programs you are aware of like the beginners class offered by the NJ Masters: Track and Field Club, is welcome. Thanks! Sara

      Hi Sara, unfortunately the Athlete Recovery Center is no longer open. I’m not sure of any other programs that will be going on this fall. If you shoot me an email I can send you some beginner programs – president@rocklandroadrunners.org
