RRR member Jamie Kempton has been named head coach for men’s track & field and cross country at Dominican College. Jamie is also women’s assistant coach. Dominican is seeking prospective student-athletes for both sports, men and women. The team is placing an emphasis on strong middle- and long-distance runners to serve as the nucleus for its squads in the coming years. While its women’s teams are well-established, its men’s teams are brand new and will make their debut with the Fall 2015 Cross Country season.

Dominican competes in NCAA Division II and the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC). Academically, Dominican has seven national accreditations and offers more than 30 undergraduate and graduate programs. The College offers athletic scholarships to qualifying student-athletes and also offers a variety of academic scholarships and grants, as well as need-based aid. Some 98 percent of its students receive some type of financial aid.
